To Hate 2 Love Collective (H2LC)
Where "Broken Hearts Create Beautiful Arts".
We are a new not-for-profit British theatre and performance production company
Formed to push, promote and platform hidden, emerging and existing
talent and creators - under extreme hardship.
H2LC is an umbrella home for hidden talent - even if they have never been to drama school before.
We support actors, writers,
performers and dancers.
And hope to extend our support to those who work backstage or behind the camera.
If you are a creative under extreme hardship, check our FAQs and join our Facebook Private Group.
Our Committee is made up of talented creatives around the world, struggling under complex multiple disadvantages. They can be black, white, asian, bi-racial, working class, foreigners, refugees under extreme hardship. Facing cost of livng, physical and mental health issues. Or have experienced deep trauma as survivors of domestic abuse, rape or sexualt assault.
We often explore themes of extreme hate and love. Without ever mentioning these two words in our shows.
Our cast and crew for our shows come from all walks of lives. Young adults to single mothers to the homeless and disabled.
Founder of H2LC is British Actress Yasmin Ara, CEO of Lovedesh.
a single mother under hardship, she struggled to save her successful acting career.
Unable to pursue her acting career due to domestic violence and financial hardship
She would often struggle to attend auditions due to lack of funding. So she had to give up her beloved career.
But oe
Yasmin Ara is working on two campaigns to support creative community - #ArtsTheft and #BrokeArt.
As lack of copyright knowhow and poverty are often key barriers in preventing creatives under hardship
from achieving successful professional careers.
While co-founder Aura Iris, a Spanish Creative is keen to inspire more arts to consider foreign inclusion and language into mainstream arts.
Key goals are to smash artistic barriers.
And to bring more global talent and platform talent with no formal drama training towards a better career in the arts.
